Tidal Waves

This hand woven wall hanging reminds me of ocean waves on a stormy day. As the waves come in, some are small but the larger ones come in with a crash and spray their mist up in the air. The highs and lows of multiple color give this piece a sense of movement.

Created from wools, cottons bamboo, sari and other natural fiber blends. It hangs from a piece of wood collected from the desert.
